Een absolute aanrader ! We hadden geluk dat de PR1 route weer na 2 jaar volledig open was. De chauffeur (Ciro) was heel vriendelijk en vertelde ons tijdens de rit leuke dingen over het eiland. Ook de communicatie met Elisabeth was geweldig. Ze informeerde ons heel goed zodat we wisten waar we aan moesten denken. Alles was super geregeld.

Booking and Transport team were excellent with clear communication on what to expect on the hiking trials. Pick-up from hotel stay and at drop off were all fine on the day.

Radko the driver did a great job explaining all the details before we headed out on the hike. Everything went smoothly and right on schedule – kudos from my side

Excellent service. Driver was bang on time and drove us smoothly up and down the mountain and gave us useful guidance for the hikes. Absolutely recommend their service. Do note that the departure time window is (understandably) pretty narrow from the finish point, but you have plenty of time to make it at your own pace.

I had the absolute pleasure of booking a sunrise tour to Pico do Arieiro with Pico Transfers Madeira, and it was (without exaggeration) truly one of the most magical experiences of my life!🌄🌅 Watching the sun rise above the clouds from the top of the mountains was breathtaking - words can't do it justice. Go and see it yourself! Tour had to be rescheduled due to bad weather conditions as mountain weather is often unpredictable, and the team of Pico Transfers Madeira truly sees the safety of guests as a highest priority. Elizabeth provided me the day before with very detailed information for the preparation. Our driver Radko was exceptional: incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. He drove with such care and precision that I felt completely safe the entire time. His positive energy was contagious, and it was obvious that he genuinely loves what he does. we had an absolutely outstanding experience doing the Pico do Arieiro sunrise hike and then the PR3 hike down the mountain since the pico to pico trail was closed. our driver, Michael, was fabulous - arrived bang on time to pick us up and collect us and was lovely and chatty making everyone feel welcome. seeing the sunrise from this point and doing even the small part of the pico walk that was open has to be one of the best experiences of my life. i would hiiiiighly recommend it to anyone and would recommend booking with pico transfers - all information was communicated promptly and comprehensively by whatsapp and everything was so smooth on the day. i would love to return one day to do the full pico to pico hike 😍 absolutely do this hike!

Amazing experience and hike! Weather was just great☀️ Our driver Radko was amazing too! He’s so funny and transfer was so smooth and I didn’t even feel sick at all as I normally would in the bus and especially on crazy roads like in Madeira😅 so definitely recommend them! And the price was very reasonable too. I will be back for sure!

Es war alles in allem ein sehr guter Service, die Fahrt war sehr angenehm, da der Fahrer sich sehr Mühe geben hat, um die vielen Kurven nicht zu schnell zu fahren. Also immer ein angenehmes Tempo. Nach unserer Reise hat der Fahrer auf dem Rückweg uns noch die kleinen Reetdachhäuser gezeigt.

Had a great experience using Pico transfers for getting to the sunrise Pico to Pico hike! Picked us up at our airbnb and dropped us off there in the afternoon. They communicated well with us for directions the night before, and were helpful when another person (not part of my group) was delayed getting down from the hike! Our driver was Michael, and he also gave us some lovely recommendations and a bit of a tour as we drove back from the hike.
