Es war alles in allem ein sehr guter Service, die Fahrt war sehr angenehm, da der Fahrer sich sehr Mühe geben hat, um die vielen Kurven nicht zu schnell zu fahren. Also immer ein angenehmes Tempo. Nach unserer Reise hat der Fahrer auf dem Rückweg uns noch die kleinen Reetdachhäuser gezeigt.

The Pico Do Arieiro hike was the highlight of our trip! Even though we had a rental car, we decided it would be better to book the transfer, as parking spots are super rare there. And this was the best decision. Communication was perfect. The evening before we got all the detailed information about what to expect, where to meet etc. The driver war super friendly and showed & explained a lot of highlights along the road. He was driving super safely and the time spent in the van, quickly flew by. And the hike itself: spectacular. It makes sense that it’s the most famous one on Madeira 😄 thank you pico transfer!!

Had a great experience using Pico transfers for getting to the sunrise Pico to Pico hike! Picked us up at our airbnb and dropped us off there in the afternoon. They communicated well with us for directions the night before, and were helpful when another person (not part of my group) was delayed getting down from the hike! Our driver was Michael, and he also gave us some lovely recommendations and a bit of a tour as we drove back from the hike.

We booked the Pico Do Arieiro sunrise transfer and hike to Pico Ruivo and it was perfect. They communicated the exact details on time with details on how to prepare (food, drinks etc). Our driver, Michael was really kind and arrived on time to pick up us 🙂 He also shared useful information about the island on our way! Brilliant service - all ran like clockwork! Really great value for money. I was given the pick up time nice and early the day before, then Michael arrived to pick us up and he was superb - a really safe and steady driver and friendly knowledgeable guide. The walk was just spectacular, plenty of time allowed to enjoy it, and the pick up was on time and pleasant journey back to the hotel. Can’t recommend this service and value highly enough thank you !

The afternoon before the transfer, we were WhatsApp the details of pick up/drop off times, given information on weather conditions and map for Pico hiking route. The pick up was exactly at the time given. Our driver, Michael, was brilliant - so friendly and engaging. He was also a fantastic driver, we felt so safe. Wir haben die Wanderung vergangene Woche gemacht und trotz eigenem Mietwagen von Funchal aus picotransfer genutzt. Das hat viele Vorteile. Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt. Am Pico do Areiro fährt der Bus an den Parkplatz suchenden Autoschlangen vorbei bis zum Startpunkt mit Sonnenaufgang. Bis zur Abholung in Teixera ist reichlich Wanderzeit, sodass man dort noch in die Hütte einkehren kann. Auch von dort aus war der Transfer perfekt. Andere mussten lange auf ein Taxi warten. Die genauen Abholzeiten werden per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Alles war perfekt für die fantastische Wanderung. Die gleiche Strecke zurück hätte ich als zu mühsam empfunden.
