1. Standard Cancellations (2+ Days Notice)
Cancellations made 2 full days (48 hours) or more in advance of your scheduled transfer time will receive a 90% refund.
Note: The remaining 10% is retained to cover non-refundable payment system processing and commission fees.
2. How We Calculate the 2-Day Deadline
Deadlines are calculated to the exact hour from the time shown on your booking confirmation.
- Example: If your booking is for Wednesday at 06:00, you must submit your cancellation request no later than Monday at 06:00.
3. Late Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 2 full days (48 hours) before the scheduled transfer time are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. Rescheduling Requests
You may reschedule your transfer to a different date or time (subject to availability) at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 2 full days (48 hours) before your original booking. Rescheduling requests made inside the 48-hour window cannot be accommodated.
5. No-Shows
If you are not present at your designated pick-up location at the scheduled time, the driver will depart to stay on schedule. No-shows are 100% non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
6. No Personal Exceptions
To remain fair to all passengers and maintain our operations, we do not make exceptions for any circumstances outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illness, medical emergencies, or physical injuries.
- Delayed, cancelled, or diverted flights.
- Lost luggage or customs delays.
- Any other personal emergencies or changing travel plans.
7. Travel Insurance
Pico Transfers is not a travel insurance provider. Any extraordinary situations, travel disruptions, or health issues can and should be covered by your personal Travel Insurance, or covered directly by the customer.
8. How to Submit a Request
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. We do not accept cancellations via phone calls. Please send your request with your booking details to:

9. Agreement of Terms
By completing a booking on our website, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to all the terms and policies outlined on this page.
