Cancelation Policies

Cancelations made 7 days or more in advance of the transfer date, will receive a 90% refund. 10% will be charged for payment system commission fees.

7 days are full days from the time in the booking calendar.
For example: a booking for a Monday at 6:00, must be canceled latest the previous Monday at 6:00.

Cancelations made after this period, are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reschedules are also possible latest 7 days or more in advance of the transfer date. After this period, is not possible.

No-shows at pick-up are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

We DO NOT make exceptions for any situation unrelated to us. This includes, but is not limited to: feeling sick, canceled or diverted flights, losing luggage, injuries, any personal situation.

Any extraordinary situation can and must be covered by a TRAVEL INSURANCE or by the customer. Not by us.
